About me

Welcome lovelies... I'm Em, the founder of Finding Equilibrium.

I am a mindfulness practitioner, hypnobirthing teacher, mental health advocate, and I also work within Clinical Research.

Yoga Group

Mindfulness

Whether you are an adult, child, parent, parent-to-be, education provider or organisation... we provide workshops and resources to share the principles of mindfulness and the many benefits this simple practice can have on your overall well-being.

Well-being

We understand that well-being can mean different things to different people. Our aim is to share a wide range of tools, as well as education, that you can incorporate into your everyday life. These tools can help you take care of your own well-being, whilst focussing on the areas that matter to you the most.

Workshops

Or workshops are ran both online and in venues across Oxfordshire, and we have workshops for all ages, including children, students and adults. These workshops cover topics such as; mindfulness, hypnobirthing, practicing self-compassion, discovering your core values, along with many other topics that can help improve overall well-being.

Hypnobirthing

We provide a full antenatal KG Hypnobirthing course that is accredited by the Royal College of Midwives (RCM), both online and in venues across Oxfordshire... 

Parents and Daughter

Parents

We run both online and local events for like-minded parents. 

The aim is to provide a community where parents can reach out and talk to others for advice and support. We also provide education and tools for parents, to promote both their own and their families well-being. 

School & University

We believe that children and students of all ages should be taught the skills to look after and nurture their well-being and mental health. We run workshops and provide education and tools for all ages, including, parents with young children. We also work closely with Nurseries, Schools and Universities.

Our mission is to provide people with what we believe are the two core ingredients that significantly improve and maintain our overall well-being… education and community. 

From local meet-ups, to online educational events, we hope to provide something for all ages.

Fundraising

Did you know that current research suggests that acts of giving and kindness can help improve your own mental well-being, as well as that of others?

We run large fundraising events to allow communities to come together and connect with others, whilst doing something to create a sense of reward and raise money for an amazing charity.
